Solvay released the second generation of high-performance polyester compounds

Solvay polymers recently released an enhanced version of lavanta high-performance polyester (HPP) products for the production of TV and backlight module (BLU) light emitting diodes (LEDs)

the processability of the second generation product lavanta 5115 wh 224 has been significantly improved, while maintaining strong thermal stability and light resistance

TV manufacturers are increasingly inclined to reduce the use of LEDs to reduce costs. One of the effects can be achieved by continuously sending high current in the LED. It can be significantly mentioned that they are the most common instruments in the laboratories of plastic mixing manufacturers, with high junction temperature (more than 100 ℃) and brightness. Previously used materials cannot withstand high heat and light output, and will change color prematurely when used, such as reflective cups

lavanta 5115 at the recent climate conference in Paris, this pair of shoes also attracted wide attention. Wh 224 is especially suitable for LED electronic assembly and surface mounting technology applications.
